With daily touch points and weekly personal interactions, I help you develop strategies for success and hold you accountable. Using a personalized approach, I will work with you to develop the right healthy habits that prioritizes your goals while avoiding trends and cliched programs that have failed you before.

Early in my career, I thought that I could draw up a robust and detailed workout regimen and eating plan for myself and I would see my weight drop, body get lean and stress less.
This did not happening though. What I’ve since learned is that lasting transformations are a result of deliberate and practiced positive habits.

Now, a large part of my support is in holding you accountable, ensuring that you keep showing up and DOING the work, week after week until it becomes part of your lifestyle.I want to give you the tools and empower you to keep this up long after we stop working together.

Option 2: 1:1 MACRO ACCOUNTABILITY

If you are looking for a more personalized daily macro target to help you loose weight, gain muscle or support sports performance than I got you covered as well.

WHAT YOU'LL GET:

3 months(13 weeks) duration of 1:1 coaching           
                 (1st week will be a prep week)

* Initial consultation to determine your overall diet goals.

* Work one-on-one with me a PN certified nutrition coach.

* Create a customized plan to help you achieve your dieting goals (lose fat or gain muscle) with as much or little flexibility that you choose.

* Feedback from me 3x a week:
  (weekly weigh-ins, mood check ins, food log overlook)

* I will monitor your weekly progress and make any necessary adjustments to your
customized plan.

* Unlimited contact: message or email at anytime with questions.
