I'm ready to start CrossFit...what now

 

If you've NEVER done CrossFit before, you must complete an Intro to CrossFit class. In this class you will learn the basics of CrossFit and proper technique to include but not limited to:

 

Air Squat

Push Up

Sit Up

Burpee

Box Jump

Wall Ball

Kettle Bell Swing 

 

And Olypic Lifts like...

 

Deadlift

Front Squat

Overhead Squat

Front Squat

Power Clean

Hang Clean

Shoulder Press

Push Press

Push Jerk

Thruster

Snatch

 

DON'T LET THAT OVERWHELM YOU! Rome wasn't built in a day...and we ALL had our "first day" of CrossFit! 

 

The purpose is to give you a base knowledge so that you feel more confident in joining a group for a CrossFit class. Again...all classes are lead by great coaches who will help you adapt along the way.

The cost is $30 for your intro class plus $150 for your first month of unlimited Crossfit classes. This must be paid at the time of your intro class.
