How classes work...

01/

Just show up for a scheduled class time.

When it is time for the class to start, the coach will call everyone over to the board to discuss the workout.

Listen to the coach explain the workout.

The coach will go over the entire workout:

which will include a

- warm up

- skill/strength

- metcon (workout)

Set up for YOUR version of the workout.

While at the board the coach will review all the different fitness level options to use for the workout. Pick the level that best fits you and set up your equipment. Not sure what level to do? No problem the coach will help you get you set up with the appropriate level.

04/

Enjoy the workout!

Once everyone is all set the coach will start the clock and allow the class to workout together while the coach stays on the floor to continue to help coach you through the entire workout.
